eezyfin ("we") is operated by EEZYFIN LLC, a Texas limited liability company, 306 Oarman Ct, Houston, TX 77079. Contact us at support@eezyfin.com.

eezyfin is a personal tool for planning debt payoff and tracking net worth. It performs calculations on figures you provide or that your bank reports, and presents the results.

It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or credit advice, and we are not a financial adviser, broker, lender or bank. Payoff plans, projected debt-free dates, interest savings, rank and peer comparisons are illustrations based on the numbers available and on assumptions that will not hold exactly — rates change, payments vary, and life intervenes. Decisions you make about your money are yours, and you should consult a qualified professional where it matters.

We never move money. eezyfin cannot make payments, transfer funds, or transact on any account. Recording a payment here records it here; you still have to make it with your lender.

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that abuses the service, breaks these terms, or puts other users at risk.

The output is only as good as the input. Balances you type are assumed correct; figures synced from a bank are provided by that institution through Plaid and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Always treat your lender's own statement as authoritative.

Connecting a bank is optional and handled by Plaid. Your bank credentials are entered with Plaid and are never visible to us. By connecting an account you also accept Plaid's end-user privacy policy. You can disconnect at any time, which removes the connection at Plaid as well as here.

• Squire is free. Knight is a paid subscription billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• New accounts include a 14-day Knight trial with no card required. When it ends nothing is deleted — your account simply returns to Squire, and its limits apply from then on.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
• Prices may change. We will give notice before a change affects a renewal, and a change never applies to a period already paid for.
• Deleting your account cancels any active subscription immediately. The remainder of the period you have paid for is not refunded, and access ends with the account.

You agree not to:

• access another person's account or data;
• probe, scan or test the security of the service except through responsible disclosure to support@eezyfin.com;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the service or its content; or
• use it for anything unlawful.

We aim to keep eezyfin available and correct, but it is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we depend on providers whose outages are outside our control. Keep your own records of anything you cannot afford to lose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for financial decisions made using the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply only as far as the law permits.

The financial data you enter remains yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store and process it in order to run the service for you. We claim no ownership of it and do not use it to train machine-learning models.

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and we will give notice of material changes. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
